Insteon Praise

I love Insteon. I have several devices in my home in Colorado and several in a condo in Florida. Ove 20 years many devices have failed, but all 2476s. They've been replaced and none of the newer 2477s have failed. On/Off when you don't need a dimmer. I use the app to set everything up

Great product

I have many of the Insteon products and they are all great and were perfectly I use them with my ISY from universal devices and they are perfect I have them for many years and never really had an issue.

Heavy duty wiring and load levels

Used for a fluorescent fixture. The load level isn’t that huge but I prefer a unit that is designed to handle a larger load and still fits into the standard socket.

Great Upgrade Offer

I took advantage of a $10 rebate offer to upgrade two 2466S to two 2477S switches in a virtual three way circuit for stairway. I had problems with lock ups and range with the old switches. New switches with dual mode are more reliable, solved a link problem with a nearby device, seem to respond quicker, and have a more modern look. Great upgrade at a reasonable price.
