Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

Flickering led

I have a customer with led wafer lights and they flicker. Have not experienced this before any help would be appreciated. Thanks Rick

The bulbs need to be dimmable and also forward phase/triac dimmable. We do sell devices that wire in on the load side of the switch that might help to stabilize the load. Here's the link for the LED Flicker/Glow Eliminator: https://shop.insteon.com/products/led-flicker-glow-eliminator

Always a good quality reliable switch.

The Insteon paddle switches have always been reliable and of good quality. However, would like to see new protocols embedded within them to help future-proof, such a Thread and Matter.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered two On/Off wall paddle wall switches. One turned out to be defective. Insteon had me ship it and refunded my shipment payment. When they didn’t have a new switch in the white that I had ordered, they offered several solutions that were satisfactory.

I have been using Insteon for years and like the lighting control it gives me for timing of when lights and ceiling fans come on and off to outlets controlling Christmas lights.
