Shipping costs are calculated based on location and are available when checking out.

Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

New items have a 30-day return window and are warrantied for 2 years from the purchase date.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished items are guaranteed to be in good working condition but may have physical imperfections and/or may not include original packaging and documentation. If the product fails to work, you may exchange it for like product within 30 days of receipt.

Not setting up and not connected to app

I purchased the controller as my old one - that my electrician setup - lost connection after 3 years of service and would not reconnect despite multiple efforts. The new hub is not connecting with the app either (the light on the hub is red and the app keeps saying the hub is offline), so I am unable to setup any of the switches around the house. I followed the documentation online but still nothing has worked. Pretty frustrating experience. It should be easier to install a new hub and reconnecting it.

My Hub 2 wasn't ancient, so disappointed it died, so hope the new Hub last longer

The Hub 2 is great value for money

I’ve using Hub 2 since 2015 and it the main device in my smart home. Easy to set up easy to configure. Great value for money. I keep one on standby.
