Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Insteon products have changed my life. My entire home is automated and tied to my Alexa system, which I control by voice. I even use the Alexa system in my car to control things when I'm not home. I could not be happier!

Works but could be better.

I have a few of these in the house. They tend to die more frequent than expected, and have to be replaced every 4-5 years. Also the tech and size hasn't changed in decades. I wish the controller itself was a bit smaller, as it almost doesn't fit inside the fan housing without cramming everything into the hole. For the price point, I expect better quality. A decrease in size, and increase in efficiency and longevity would be greatly appreciated.

No more false trips.

I now have 3 of these units in my home. The remote units that came with my fans were subject to turning on and off at random. I'm not sure what frequency they were on, but once I converted 2 of these 3 fans to Insteon there were no more false trips. This year I finally converted the third fan to Insteon. What a joy to now be able to dim the light and control the fan speed just using a couple of buttons on my Mini-Remote!

Easy to install and configure.

I quickly replaced an existing non-insteon ceiling/light control with this unit. After installation, configuration with Insteon hub was quick and easy.
