Shipping costs are calculated based on location and are available when checking out.

Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

First time PLM replacement

It’s been well over 10-years since we first installed the Insteon PLM for our ISY994i.

A few blackouts in a row (we’re on an island) seemed to indicate that our PLM was nearing end-of-life (needed to restore the PLM each time)

And so we replaced it .. ISY with the PLM is working great now through any sort of power outage 🌴

Insteon is back!

Plugged in the new PLM, and it started working right away with my ISY. There really isn't any other product out there that works like the Insteon. We've had many devices for 10+? years, and still going strong. We control our audio, lights, security, sauna, etc from this product line. Cheers to the new leadership.

Another great product from Insteon!

We recently replaced some older Insteon On/Off wall switches with Insteon dimmers and were amazed at how well they worked with LED bulbs. We had an accent lamp where a wall switch just wan’t practical, so we tried the plug-in dimmer. Again, it worked flawlessly with the LED bulb. Thank you for your continued support and improvements of Insteon devices.

New PLM Purchase

My PLM was acting up. Lights/receptacles were intermittently not turning off & on as scheduled. Replaced PLM and all is good again.
