Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

Works perfectly. Easy setup and interface with existing hub devices, scenes, and schedules. Wife is happy to have outdoor deck lights come on automatically at sunset and off at bedtime.

The Outdoor On/Off Module Works Great!

Works--But Only Intermittently

This module is designed to be used on an outdoor GFCI circuit. Unfortunately, those circuits can interfere with the signal used to control the module. This is a real problem when you can't get it to work reliably.

I plugged this into an outlet on our deck and it will turn on and off only intermittently. On the other side of the wall there are not one but TWO indoor outlets within just a few feet of the outdoor outlet. Plugging other Insteon modules into either of the indoor outlets (as instructed by Insteon Support) did NOT solve the problem.

What's needed is an RF repeater module that can be plugged into a nearby outlet and send a strong enough signal to make sure the outdoor module receives its instructions. If necessary, the design of the outdoor module should be revised to ensure it can more easily receive such signals via RF instead of through the house wiring, since GFCI is known to interfere with those signals.

Indispensible

A weather resistant outdoor module that doesn't rely on wifi is absolutely indispensible for anyone with a smarthome that includes outdoor features. Even if all the other impressive benefits of Insteon were magically gone tomorrow, this one module would still make it better than alternatives that lack such a module.
