Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

We purchased our home 7 years ago. The closets and pantry had these installed. I love them. Once in awhile I just had to change the battery on top of the door. For whatever reason the plug in the pantry went bad. I checked the battery and it was good. We ordered a new plug but it failed to pair with the door. My husband tried to get support from the company. No support. Sent it back. I hope for a refund because it was pricey.

This is great appliance controller. I use it to turn off a dehumidifier during a specific period each day. I also have two others that control wall mounted fans in the garage. They are very reliable and there has been no issues.
