If you are experiencing flicker, flutter or flashing of LED bulbs with your dimmer switch, we now offer a solution to help reduce or eliminate these issues altogether. 

The device can also help reduce higher efficiency LEDs from glowing when the switch is off. 

This thin little device installs in parallel with the LED load, either behind the wall switch or in the electrical box behind the light fixture. 

What is the difference between the Yellow and Blue models and which should I use?

Unfortunately there is no easy answer. This is because not all LED bulbs are created equal. Therefore, there is no standard for how each operates. As such, there is no one device that works in all cases. Because of this, two different models exist to improve dimming with a wide variety of LED bulbs and dimmers. We can’t say which works best in each specific situation so we recommend installing each one in turn and leaving in place the one that works best. We recommend buying the Test Kit, which includes one of each.

Stop flicker on Halo LED lights

I had flicker on my Halo led’s when dimmed, specifically circuits that only had a few lights. I tried the blue and yellow eliminators and found the yellow worked perfectly, I can now dim a single Halo led down to 10% without any flicker.

I followed the wiring instructions and neither the blue nor the yellow filters made a difference. The LED fixtures flickered the same with or without the filters for my particular application.

Did not work for my application

I had The Insteon dimmer on a circuit that had two lightbulbs. When it was put in the off position, the lightbulbs would still glow. Neither the yellow nor the blue flicker eliminator worked after the switch was cycled once. Wound up buying it off switch

Worked great. Prior to installation I had to have switch set to at least 35% to avoid flickering. Now i can go down to 5% and still no flickering.

did not solve flash/flicker problem

I have a set of 48” LED tubes (not florescent replacements, but true direct-wire (ballast bypass) LED tubes) over a kitchen on an Insteon Dimmer. They don’t glow when OFF, but have always randomly flashed bright when dimmed. especially when there is Insteon activity in the house. I was hoping this filter kit would help. But NOT. Flashing still happening.
