Bought these to replace some failing Insteon switches that are over a decade old. Have replaced several of them lately. These newer ones are dual-band and the failing ones are not, which helps improve my overall reliability as well. I am using a Universal Devices controller which I just upgraded from an older ISY-994 to Eisy. I am using Homebridge to connect everything to Apple Homekit so I can control it with all Siri. Works great. Keep up the good work on these quality switches and other Insteon devices.

It began with a desire to build a safety feature into our home, now that we are entering our retirement years. Some 10 years ago I began looking for a way to be able to turn lights on from our master bedroom, in the event we heard an intruder on our property: This was the birth of our entire Insteon ecosystem. We started out with a Hub-2, a few dimmer switches that control outdoor lights, and an 8-button keypad that I installed in-place of a switch that controls the patio light just outside our Master Bedroom. We now have virtually every light both inside and outside connected and controlled by an Insteon switch (mostly dimmers). We've set scenes for "romantic dinners", late-night "cool down" an hour before going to sleep; and of course that one scene that turns every light on at once to ward off a possible intruder (works for Racoons too). But we didn't stop there: Our low-voltage LED landscape lighting; the "market lights" around our gazebo; the Christmas tree and outdoor Christmas lights during the holidays; and our garden waterfall... all of those features are controlled by Insteon dual outlets. We put the entire system to the test recently when we left the country for 3 weeks, setting up seemingly random lighting patterns that turned lights on and off on different days of the week, at various times, for various lengths of time, and in various groups. And all of it was monitored with my cell phone 10,000 miles away from home.
