I ordered two sets of the Visor Clip and Tabletop Stand for Mini Remote and nether of the two Visor Clip for Mini Remote worked.

opening garage door

I use the mini remote to open the garage door using the i/o control on the door. I also use the door opener sensor to run on the lights at night for 5 minutes when the door opens. I use my old isy994I for the program.

Visor clip doesn't survive car temperatures

Unless these have been redesigned, the ones I got a few years ago have all warped while in vehicles such that the remote does not stay snapped into place. I think they could be redesigned such that the metal spring counteracts this warping - maybe?
